Jacob Weegar, son to Jacob, married Julia Pillar, daughter to John Pillar, on 26 Feb. 1826, both of Williamsburg. Jacob was a school teacher in Williamsburg Township.
Land grant by Order in Council dated 7 March 1833 as the son of a Loyalist.
Original burial: St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Aultsville, Osnabruck Township, Stormont County, Ontario, a 'Lost Villages Cemetery'. One of the historic cemeteries flooded for the St. Lawrence seaway and power projects.
