After the death of Trella, he was married a second time to Roberta Jean Harland (26 Jan 1930) on 14 Jan 1950 in Bloomington, IL.

Pearl Wells
William Pearl Wells, 76, of Bellflower died at 9:42 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 1983 at Gibson Community Hospital, Gibson City.
Services were Monday at Stensel-Calvert-Belangee Funeral Home, Bellflower, the Rev. Garth Lehman officiating. Burial was in Bellflower Township Cemetery, Bellflower.
Mr. Wells was born Jan. 10, 1907 at Mount Erie, a son of Mary Elizabeth Wells.
He married Roberta Jean Harland Jan. 14, 1950, at Bloomington. She survives. Other survivors include 3 daughters, Patricia Tomes of Gibson City, Mary Ann VanNote of Tell City, IN and Sherry Donoho of Bellflower; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Mr. Wells was a self-employed custom hauler. He was a member of the Bellflower Sportsman’s Club.
