Anna Katrina Stolee was born in Norway in 1868. She came to America in 1884 to join her brother Brynhjolf in the Dakotas. On April 25, 1889, she married Andrew Olson. In 1889 they joined the "Stolee Migration" to the central Dakota Territory. They homesteaded part way between her parents and Brynhjolf. They were the only members of the family to remain in the Dakotas. Anna Katrina was popular as a seamstress and served as a midwife. She died in 1951.
