Married Bruno in 1905, and was listed with her husband in Fresno in 1910 as age 25, married 5 yrs, b. in Calif. with no children. In 1920 Bruno and wife Florence are living at 1020 Elsinor Ave, Oakland. Married to Bruno W. Henning at the time of her father's 50th anniversary and death (his obit).
She provided the death cert info for her mother in 1951. Monique says that "Aunt Flo" raised Ken's brothers Herbert and Lloyd. Monique (& Ken) met Flo and the two boys at the Olympic Club in SF in 1957-60.
She died on Good Friday.

HENNING, Florence E. In Lafayette, April 21, 1973, Florence E. Henning, beloved mother of William and Lloyd Henning; sister of Mrs. Pearl Hauser, Mrs. Mildred Gallagher, Herb Samuels all of Oakland and Mrs. Ruth Posey of San Francisco; survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a native of California! aged 89 years. Friends are invited to attend committal services at the MAUSOLEUM CHAPEL, Mountain View Cemetery, Oakland, Monday, April 23 at 3 p.m. Private entombment. The family prefers donations to Children's Hospital, Oakland.

Bruno's parents were Johann Carl Wilhelm HENNING (1843, GER), a saloon keeper, and Mathilda Ehrke (Oct 1850, GER), born in Prussia, who emigrated to the US and arrived aboard the "Fulton" on 25 Oct 1869 in New York, lived in Cuming Co, Nebraska for two years where their first children were born, then came to California. However, there were no children listed with them in the 1910 census, when they were living in Fresno.
Bruno had four sisters and one brother. He is listed as and Engineer (32, CA) in 1910, both parents born in Germany. He and his brother-in-law Oscar Henry Fisher, were the owners of a quite successful company in San Francisco, called Montegue Pipe and Steel.
He is listed in Oakland in the 1940 census as the owner of a steel business (62, CA), with his wife Florence (56, CA) and sons Lloyd (23, CA) a mechanic and William (20, CA) an office boy.
