CLARENCE MOWRY, 74, of West Fourth St., died at Peoples Hospital following a brief illness.
Born May 2, 1887 near Bellville, OH, he came to Mansfield 50 years ago. He was a retired farmer and a member of the First Lutheran Church.
Surviving are two sons, Robert L. and Leo C. Mowry, both of Mansfield; three grandchildren. His wife, Olive, died July 3 of this year.
Services will be held at the Wappner Funeral Home in charge of Dr. Carveth P. Mitchell of the First Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the Mansfield Cemetery.
