She was married to a Ben Lusk at age 15 (according to the 1930 census) and widowed a short time later. Then remarried to Harvey Hufford and listed with children Cecil (1st marr), Clifford and Alice in the 1920 New Mexico census.
Listed as a widow again after Harvey’s death, with her children in the 1930 Colorado census. Also listed is her son Cecil Lusk (18, OK) a machinist. She apparently married Fred Asdel within a few years, as they had a son Richard Dale Asdel in El Paso, TX in 1935.
She was married 3 times, and all 3 husbands died on her.

In 1900 he is in the Indian Territory (Oklahoma), living with the family of his sister, Margarite A. Crum (28, MO). He is listed as a farm laborer (11, MO).
Single and listed as a lodger with the Bazil family, and working as a boiler maker for the railroad in Raton City, NM in 1910. He apparently died a couple years later, after their only son was born, in a railroad accident, leaving her a widow according to the family stories.
This is substantiated by the 1912 Railway Employees Magazine Vol 7, which lists on pg 5 under the heading Deaths - Lusk, Ben H. to Mrs. Clara L. Lusk, Raton NM $250 with Cause = Accidental.

In 1910, he is listed as H. S. Huffard (24, OK) in Colorado, with no occupation. With him are his wife Delida (18, MO), son Howard (7 mos, OK) and widowed mother Allie (46, TX). It lists his father as being born in Missouri, and mother in Texas.
They move shortly thereafter to Red Bluff, Calif. where their daugher Agnes was born in 1912. Then on to Texas, where daugher Dorothy was born the following year.
He registered for the WWI Draft in 1917, stating his birth date as 14 Feb 1887, birthplace as Longxxx (end unreadable), OK. At the time he was living in Bloehwell, OK with his (2nd)wife and 3 children. By then his ex-wife had remarried and their 2 children Howard & Dorothy) were living with her.
Listed (Harvey Huffard, but indexed as Hanny) as age 32 with his wife, Clara and children Cecil, Clifford and Alice in 1920 New Mexico census as a car repairer for the railroad. Also with them is Violet Hufford, listed as servant age 15. It lists his parents born in Oklahoma.
He died before the 1930 census, as his wife is listed as a widow there.

He married Carrie Warrick (Jun 1889, CO) on 15 Jan 1907 in Trinidad, Las Animas, Colorado. They had 3 daughters and 3 sons. They were living in Raton City, NM in 1910 while he worked as an engineer for the railroad and he registered for the WWI Draft in Minnesota in 1917.
Was a fireman on a steam locomotive in 1920 and train Engr for the railroad in the 1930 census, both in Trinidad, CO.
He and Carrie may have divorced shortly after the 1930 census, based on his remarriage to Clara Murry; with whom he had another son, Richard Dale Asdel in 1935 in Texas.
